I received a wonderful service from your company in relation to a viral problem on my home computer. Your staff visited and took the time and dedication to establish the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. When the computer as returned having been cleaned and fitted with new anti virus software the personal home visit to ensure the system was running correctly was greatly appreciated.

How much do I hate PC World? Maybe it is not for normal people. The equipment packages displayed are misleading and they claim to have stock and advertise equipment they do not have. When I can find an assistant who is not talking to another assistant, they manage to make me feel stupid and that I am in the wrong.
Aires Technology have always sorted out my computer problems promptly and as inexpensively as they can and advise if hardware is not repairable. This very computer on which I type was upgraded to make it useable and as fast as anything in south west London. Aires always give me a smile and advice.
I am only a simple woman and I am grateful for the personal service.

I had some major problems with my laptop & was tearing my hair out.
I decided to give the Laptop centre a try & after a very reassuring phone call I popped in and was assured that my situation wasn't as dire as I suspected.
By the next morning I had a full report along with a quote to fix the laptop. This work was completed within a day & I was kept fully up to speed with proceedings at every stage.
In short, a great job done at a sensible price & in a professional but non technical manner. I have recommended the guys to several of my friends who have similar problems and will use them again myself should I have any other issues.

Just writing to say how pleased I have been over the last ten months with the service that Aires Technology has offered over the troubled times with the families array of 3 laptops. It has been appreciated that each time I have come in that you have been able to brief me immediately what the problem(s) may be and how they can be resolved, not long winded techie talk but in understandable layman’s terms. The follow up advice on the problem has always been quick together with the quote for the repair. I have always been pleased with the repair, which has ranged from replacement of the hard drive ( managing to back up all the data, and not having to pay the £400 that PCworld asks as a minimum) , to a replacement power jack. Also thanks for all the other advice for my laptop.

“I used Aires Technologies after my lap top completely crashed. As I work for myself my computer is business critical and it was very important to get it back to full working order as quickly as possible. I decided to use Aires Technologies rather than a large chain like PC World because they offered a quick service with reasonable rates. The reason I will return to them is because of the service. I am not at all IT literate and certainly have no more than a basic understanding of IT terminology. The guys at Aires Technologies took the time to understand how I use my computer so not only did they fix it but they were able to advise on practical solutions – so not to upgrade my memory for example. They could very easily have up-sold to me as I am so naive but they are totally genuine and focused on what you need as a user. Through the whole process of rebuilding my laptop they kept me informed of progress and I was totally confident they did all they could to get me up and running as quickly as possible.
They are clearly very good at what they do and from my experience I can whole heartedly recommend them especially as they spoke to me in a language I could understand! I will never return to a large impersonal chain again, the level of service is just not comparable.”

"As is always the case with these things, computer breaks, you put off getting it repaired for fear of the cost and the inconvenience. When you do find someone to who is able to fix it for you, it is a battle to find time to be able to drop your laptop off as they are only open 9.30 - 5.30 Mon - Friday… if you're lucky!
Not so with Mark and his team. I stumbled across their details on their advertisement on the kiosk outside Wandsworth Town station. I emailed Mark and had a response the same day with a range of solutions to the fault with my laptop. The fact that they open early and stay open late made it possible for me to go in and discuss the problem with them and have my computer fixed within days. As for the cost, well that was the really good news. I was offered a range of options by Mark to replace my CD drive and opted for a reconditioned unit which was a fraction of the price of a new one. Service was friendly and quite honestly without fault.
If you value your sanity and want to avoid being arrested whilst trying to get a laptop fixed - don’t go to PC World or Currys. If you want fast, efficient and honest service I can't emphasis enough that you should go to Mark and his team."

Having tried to live with a virus ridden laptop for a number of months I eventually gave up and decided to get it repaired, being wary of dodgy laptop repair centres specifically given the potential for ID theft I was glad to find a friendly and welcoming service at Aires Technologies. From my initial telephone enquiry through to various email correspondence to a certain the problem and potential costs the team were helpful and swift to respond, all without to much techno jargon.
My laptop was back with me within 24 hours, fully functioning and protected with an excellent anti virus system. Best of all a year later it is still working!
